Upstream joins DesignWell panel discussion at Athena Health

Upstream’s Paul Kramer joined the DesignWell Stories Panel with area design leaders to share experiences using a human-centered design approach to improve health and healthcare. Hosted by Athena Health at their offices in the former Seaholm Power Plant, the Austin Design Week panel included leaders from organizations such as the Design Institute for Health at the University of Texas Dell Medical School, frog, Gensler Health, and WellSmith. The lively discussion covered challenges and workarounds of innovating within the US healthcare industry, and Paul shared his experiences working domestically and added a global health perspective.
